Michelle Bachelet is the female president of Chile. Apparently the sign maker doesn't approve of her political decisions. This is right as you enter downtown Santiago into the central district. There is some interesting Alien graffiti spray-painted below. I went to Spanish language class a few blocks from here at the Instituto Chileno Suizo de Idiomas y Cultura and received a certificate of Penguino for my duration of 60 hours.

Hay un interesante graffiti de aliens justo debajo. Yo iba a clases de español a pocas cuadras de ahi, en el Instituto Chileno Suizo de idiomas y cultura y recibí un certificado de Pingüino por haber realizado el curso por 60 horas.
